I've installed Nexeye 1.1 but it appears to have an issue of locking up for what appears no reason.

It's being run on a Windows 2003 Small Business Server

It collects data no problem and enters the analysys screen ok.

The only program open at the same time is Tapeware Version 7

Any ideas why this should occur, are there any specific programs it doesn't like running alongside??

Some hanging problems reported Windows 2003 _base_d Operating Systems,
Alternatively you may try on a Windows XP (Professional recommended) , also we are working to resolve Windows 2003 related errors,
