Is someone hacking me, please help me. 3 Years, 10 Months ago

When I run nexeye, it is showing me a number of users and their IPs. But it is not all users I see on nexeye that I have given access to my PC. They just appear with IPs, no user names. These users that I have not given access to my PC respond upon pinging but I can't find out any information about them or even send then a message. They are seemingly having the largest % on the pie-chart analysis and HTTP and FTP sections. So is this program just showing their activities or it has got something to do with them on my PC, hacking or spying me or something?

Don't panic! nexeye sniffs all packets on the network, You will see lots of users on the left pane, they are local users physically connected to your switch/hub.
Also these users can not access your pc, if you haven't given access permission.
If they have lots of HTTP/FTP connections/usage, your are using same network resources with them (same DSL connection / ATM connection etc.)
Nexeye Monitoring can only monitor your local network, it means you connected same network with such users.
If you think someone spying/hacking your computer, you have to try a personal firewall and/or spyware.
Also you may send some screenshots to me for detailed analysis of problem (if available)
Best regards,
