Cable, ADSL, _frame_Relay... hatta WI-FI ile bile Internete cikiyor olabilirsiniz,

Onemli olan yerel bir aga sahip olmaniz ve bu yerel agin bir Internet cikisi olmasi,

Yalniz, wireless network'u capture etmek istiyorsaniz adapter'inizi ozellikle secmelisiniz. Centrino'larin promiscuous mode'a gecmesine windows'da izin verilmiyor. Diger isletim sistemlerinde de driver bulup kurmalisiniz. Soylediklerim sadece Intel Centrino icin gecerli.

Directed mode da sniffing yapmaya izin veriyor olacak,
Yani promiscious moda gecmeden de ya da ekstra driver kurmadan wireless sniff edilebilecek,
