When I select an IP to spoof on my switched network that computer loses conectivity, any suggestions?

Hi,
Some network switches (e.g cisco catalyst) offers spoof protection on the network, so your computer's/spoofed computer's connections dropped by network switch,
Please send network switch brand and model.
Try to install switchsnarf another computer currently connected to LAN also,
