- “user license” means users on a network that can be monitored centrally by the nexeye© Network Enterprise software.
- nexeye© makes use of the most advanced software technology available today. As the technology improves, so does our software. The license fees enable us to keep it at the forefront of technology, so that you continue to benefit from the productivity gains it gives you.
- Additional user license upgrades can be purchased anytime upon the evolving needs of the licensee.
- As a registered user, you will receive:
- A license to use the latest release of the software. This will be sent by e-mail and will be supplied with the software on CD-ROM, if you order media.
- Free upgrades to all future maintenance releases, which will be made available for downloading from our web site.
- Technical support by e-mail, fax, or through the mail, at no charge, for 1 calendar year.
- We reserve the right to charge for upgrades to major new releases.
- Prices and options are effective as of March 10th, 2007. All prices are in US Dollars excluding VAT and other taxes. VAT is not applicable for sales outside Turkey.
- Prices, specifications and options are subject to change without prior notice.
- The software license prices do not include media. You can either download the software, or purchase the media. For download only, you must provide a valid e-mail address. If you order media, the software will be supplied on CD-ROM and sent by cheapest available post mail.
- The enterprise and multiple user prices are for use on a single physical site or campus, with all support through a single point of contact. Please contact us if you have different requirements.
- Single user license is for use on a single PC – either standalone or connected to a network.
- Payment can be performed by bank transfer or credit card in the quoted price and currency only. Any payment in other form or currency than the quoted in this document must be prior agreed.
- Payment by credit card will be charged at the USD price. Where appropriate, this will be converted to the buyer's currency, by the credit card provider.
- Educational discounts for site licenses are available on request.
