Before you start to install, please check that the network configuration is conforming to one of the options in previous section.
You must have administrator rights in order to complete the installation.
If you have installed nexeye© before or performing and upgrade from an earlier version, please un-install and remove any previous installations of nexeye© (please refer to “un-install” section in this manual)
a. Download the current version of nexeye© Monitoring from our web-site (http://www.nexeye.com/download).
b. After extracting the downloaded files (applicable to compressed files only) start “nexeye-setup.exe” from the directory of download or where the files were extracted.
c. Follow the instructions below
Click “Next” to continue.
Enter User Name and Organization.
These will appear in your programme setup and be used as reference for future correspondence with nexeye©.
Click “Next” to continue.
The programme is pre-configured to be installed in the
C:\ Program Files\nexeye folder. The folder will be created by the programme setup. If you should wish to install in a different folder click “Browse” to select folder.
Click “Next” to continue.
The programme will create a folder and shortcut in the “Start” menu. You may type in another name for the folder or select another folder to create the shortcut.
Click “Next” to continue
You may create a desktop icon and a Quick Launch icon. Please tick the relevant box creation of these shortcuts.
Click “Next” to continue.
Please check the settings for install. If you want to make changes you may go back to the relevant window by clicking “Back” button.
If all the settings are OK, click “Install” button to start the installation.
When the installation has completed click “Finish” to start using nexeye©.
