In this section the user can produce graphical presentation of analysis results from the log files.
Following criteria can be used for producing graphical presentation of search/analysis results:
| 1) | Date Range; search log between two dates (start and end dates must be provided). |
| 2) | Select Users; search log for all or certain users. |
| 3) | Group With; select how the search results are to be grouped. The results can be grouped by hostname (computername) and/or by date. Keeping both options blank will disregard grouping. |
| 4) | Sort By; select whether to sort the the search results by value, hostname or date. |
| a) | Descending; if ticked - sorts the results in descending order. |
| b) | Top … Records; filters for the indicated number of “top” records. |
| 5) | Reports; The tree structure provides a list of reporting options. Double click on a pre-defined report (the lowest level) to generate the graphical presentation. |
