9. Uninstalling Nexeye© Monitoring

 

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE !
nexeye© keeps a log of monitoring settings and activities in the db.db3 file and the captured e-mails in the e-mail directory of the Nexeye installation folder.
Uninstalling nexeye© may permanently delete or corrupt these files. Make sure that a back-up of these files have been saved before starting the uninstall procedure.

 

For uninstalling nexeye© go to Start -> Control Panel

 

Launch (double click) “Add or Remove Programs”

 

 

Browse and identify nexeye© [version number]

 

Click the “Remove” button.

 

Follow the instructions as they appear and nexeye© will be removed from your computer.

 

 

 

Click “OK” button in the confirmation window:

 

 

nexeye© may not have removed the folders under the folder where nexeye© was installed. Find the folder and manually delete the files and folders.
